Due to lack of entries, the Division Two tournament had to be cancelled.
The Division One Tournament was played with 10 pairs in 2 groups. Each group of 5 pairs played each other in matches of 2 games to 21 points with no setting. Group positions would be determined by most games won, if equal then most points scored. The pairs finishing 1st in each group contested the final, 2nd in each group played for 3rd/4th place, etc. This then determined the overall finishing positions.
